I’m currently looking for a flatmate for my three bedroom house. The available room is on the lower level and opens out to a nice garden area. The bedroom is unfurnished, includes its own bathroom and a single wardrobe. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed and a chest of drawers. The house is three levels and the living area, kitchen and deck is on the middle floor.

We have a beautiful Ragdoll cat named Frank.

One weeks rent in advance and bond (2 weeks rent). $690. Move in date could be flexible.
