$325 Per Week - A Master Bedroom, has its own ensuite with a large shower, basin, vanity, and toilet. It also has floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a large wardrobe as well as a walk-in wardrobe. It has a heat pump/air con, ceiling fan, and plenty of windows.

Our home features beautiful gardens, lawns, and trees. It’s a stunning place to wake to, having a cuppa on the verandah, with the Tūī’s, Kereru, and Tīrairaka singing to the morning sun.

The bedroom is large with spacious wardrobes and there is plenty of parking space available on the property.

Our home is a welcoming, serene, and well-maintained abode, inhabited by friendly and kind flatmates who are professionals who all work but enjoy connecting when we can. As the head tenant, I’ve been here for 6 years, I have a healing clinic and work from home.

We’re looking for a mature professional, preferably 35+, who is kind and considerate of others, respectful, loves animals (the dog, the cat, and the chicken), is good for a yarn, is clean and tidy, and enjoys a quiet relaxed vibe.
