we have a Single Room now available in our cozy 4 bedroom villa! and we are looking to fill it ASAP! The located at 7 Clyde street in Epsom with amazing access to public transport in the area and addition 2 minutes walk to Newmarket for all your essential living needs. the villa is simple yet comfortable and spacious with heaps of storage space plus a shed outside, recently has had the electrical done and a heat pump installed so you still be feeling toasty in the winter time.

the room gets alot of warm sunlight in the early morning and has enough space to fit your needs, the floor is carpeted and floor is insulated. the rent for the room is 192.5 pw including expenses for water, internet , electricity etc.

you will be moving in with 3 working males between 20s-30s we are looking for someone friendly and who will fit in with the dynamic in the house. we have a weekly cleaning roaster and sometimes movie nights. No pets allowed and off street parking available.

Moving in would be total of $640 (bond + one week in advance) and after that its your usual $192.5 weekly payments. the price is very competitive for the area.
