Modern townhouse with two private bedrooms downstairs. The room is a decent size which includes a 6 month old queen bed. Double wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

Bathroom and laundry is also downstairs. The shower has great water pressure and the laundry has a new washing machine + sink.

Spacious open plan living and kitchen area upstairs with furnishings such as a couch, TV, dining table, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine. Double glazed windows and a heat pump. There is a small courtyard out the back which enjoys the morning sun.

Handy five minute walk to the Newtown shops and New World, there are bus stops around the corner with a route directly into town. Wellington Zoo and Newtown Park are also close by.

I’m Jono, the existing flatmate at the house. I’m a 33 year old yo pro that works in town. I am fun, easy going and also hard working, responsible and tidy. I am keen to live with someone who is social and fun. But equally enjoys chill and quiet evenings :)
