Quentin Avenue

There is a room available for a relaxed couple in our Epsom flate.

The house is standalone, spacious, tidy and modern. It is fully furnished, with a great kitchen, big fenced backyard and a great deck for barbecues.

The room is unfurnished. It has full-length mirrors, a built-in wardrobe and gets a ton of afternoon sun. You will have your own large bathroom. The room is at the opposite end of the house to ours so it’s a pretty private setup.

There is also a spare room/guest bedroom which is shared as an office or spare room if anyone ever has guests.

Expenses are shared, generally come to around $20 per person, per week.

We are working professionals in our late twenties. Amanda is a social researcher for a local NGO and Harry is a systems analyst. We both work from home quite a bit. We’re easy going and enjoy an occasional wine. Speaking of, we make our own wine in the laundry.

The other flatmate is Busy—a six month old hypoallergenic spoodle. He sleeps downstairs with us and is pretty relaxed.
