Room Available in Mount Cook, just down the road from Massey University.
The room is spacious with two big windows and lots of light. The flat is furnished with washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge and dishwasher (although the flatmates currently do their own dishes), and the room will be unfurnished. There is one bathroom and a big backyard with an outdoor clothesline.
Perfect location for a Massey student as the uni is a 2-minute walk up the road. Countdown is a 5-10 minute walk, the Route 1 bus stop is 2-3 mins away, and it is a 10-15 min walk into town. Newtown is also super close and great for the Saturday veggie market.
Coupon parking is available on the street.
Move in date is the week of 18 July. No pets allowed sorry.
About the roomies
You’ll be living in a four-bedroom flat in Mount Cook with a mix of yo-pros and students in their 20s. :)
