One bedroom needs a friendly and tidy individual to fill. Comes with a double bed and 2 sets of linen - can also pop in a desk if you’d like. Extra storage space is available in the garage. This is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. You’ll share the downstairs bathroom with two others.

We are house proud and like to keep the place relatively tidy. The house is on a quiet street and fully furnished kitchen and laundry. With two, separate sunny living areas - one has a large TV and Xbox. There is plenty of space outside for the warmer summer months and a fireplace inside for the winter. Lots of space for a veggie patch too! Very handy location, close to everything you might need. Bus stop to the city is 3mins walk, train station is 10-15mins, along with shops, cafes, restaurants/supermarket. Henderson Westfield Shopping Mall and The Boundary are less than a 5min drive and Lincoln Road Pak n Save is also a short drive away.

The ideal person would be tidy and respectful, pays rent and bills on time, social but doesn’t bring the party home. Happy to have the occasional shared meal and enjoy a few drinks on the weekend with a few movie or games nights every so often.

Rent: $280p/wk + share of utilities at the end of the month. Move-in costs: 1-week bond + 1-week in advance. Notice to vacate 2 weeks by either party.

Rent includes: Unlimited Fiber Internet, Lawns/Garden Maintenance, Kitchen basics (cooking oil, tea/coffee, milk) Water/power divided equally per month
