Dave's room

You will have a sunny bedroom in large waterfront house with an uninterupted view across Auckland harbour. Your light airy room has ample closet space plus your own bathroom. Each of the other two roomies has their own private space and bathroom There are Two extensive seperate living areas , a large modern kitchen and for summer, a swimming pool. We are only a few minutes from the city yet it feels like country living thanks to the extensive Meola reef reserve right next door. Also handy is a long sandy beach with its own park. Lets not forget the 10 coffee shops.

I am the owner and retired. I have always had two female roomies, often for long periods. One has just left hence vacancy. The other, mid forties has been here for five years. She operates her own business from home. Each person has their own living area and can live as privately and interact with others as they wish.
