About the room

You will have a bedroom in a sunny north facing waterfront house in Pt Chevalier that makes the most of an uninterrupted view across the water to the upper harbour. Your light airy room which can be furnished or unfurnished has ample closet space plus your own bathroom. Each of the other two roomies has their own private quiet space and bathroom There are two spacious separate living areas, a large modern kitchen and for summer, a swimming pool. We are only a few minutes from the city yet it feels like country living thanks to the extensive Meola reef reserve right next door. Also handy is a long sandy beach with picnic park alongside. There are plenty of nearby coffee shops and a new supermarket.

About the roomies

I have always shared this place with two roomies some of whom whom have been long stayers. One has just left after 8 years, hence vacancy. Each person in the house has their own living area and can live as privately and interact with the other two flatmates (or not) as they wish. My preference is for females 40+.
