This is a beautiful 2 story 3 bedroom house. With a big kitchen and large lounge, this house is also solar powered. Price includes unfinished private bedroom with shared bathroom ( with one other tenant) with separate toilet, shared kitchen and lounge. It also has a medium sized covered courtyard extending off the kitchen. Expenses will be split between the 4 of us. We are happy if you would like to buy your own food instead. We are a quiet family of 3 adults and a small dog. We are looking for a professional person with full time job or a student. Ideal flatmate is to be friendly and tidy.
