One double bedroom with a wardrobe available in a 4 bedroom double story house. 1 shared bathroom and 2 toilets. Shared laundry and kitchen amenities. No dishwasher unfortunately so we all have to keep on top of our kitchen mess. We live in a lovely secluded property surrounded by bush so you wont need to worry about neighbours (also, the bird life is amazing). Parking space down driveway, as well as a shared single garage space. New deck overlooking a beautiful view with a BBQ for those summer festivities. 10 minutes to Albany Village, roughly 15 to Kumeu. Will help if you have a vehicle as there’s bugger all public transport out here. Living costs include: $190 per week (rent comes out each Tuesday), this includes water, power, internet and lawn maintenance. Some months may require a top up from all the flatmates if bills exceed budget. We’re looking for a flatmate to add to our wee family of 3 in Coatesville. 1 couple (me 30, my partner 27 and our friend 28). Ideally wanting someone in their 20’s or 30’s to join the flat. We also have 2 cats, a brother and sister who are pretty much our kids! We’re a bunch of chilled out people who enjoy a laugh and a few bevvies on the weekend.
