Riki's room

Hi! We are looking for a flatmate for our 3 bedroom suntrap in Berhampore because our good friend is leaving us .Currently living here is myself, my Partner @bex and our flatmate @Riki.

The house is a 5min walk to the bustop to town and walking distance to newtown. We have a front and back garden, and two bathrooms (one with a bath) and a study/office.

The upstairs room available get heaps of sun all throughout the whole day!

There is on street parking. Rent is $235 a week this includes rent, ultities and basic amenities.

We are ideally looking for someone that is mid 20s or older, happily cleans up after themselves, and is chill to do a basic rotating weekly chore. Also is not allergic to cats! (We have a 4month old kitten and an 8 Y/O)

We are good friends. We are social, but also like to have our alone time aswell. We usually enjoy to go out for beers in the weekend and love to talk indistinguishable shit
