First room: Main bedroom with massive built-in wardrobe and storage space plus built in office desk. $200 per week. (Furnished or unfurnished available).

Second room: Double bedroom also with impressive built-in wardrobe and storage space plus built-in office desk. $200 per week. (Furnished or unfurnished available).

It has a modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with an oven, stove top w/ extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, and microwave all in excellent working order. The bathroom has a shower with wonderful water pressure and large heated towel rail. Toilet has its own room upstairs. The laundry is downstairs (internal access) with washing machine and clothes dryer. Huge backyard with veggie patch and pizza oven. There’s oodles of storage space downstairs along with outside lockable garden sheds. Internal working alarm. Unlimited Fibre/Wifi internet available. There is one off-street car parking space for each flatmate (total of three). Additional costs: Shared utilities (Water, power, Internet) + 2 weeks bond + 1 week in advance.
