Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom modernised state house is a property I am thoroughly looking forward to sharing with another person. Situated in Orakei, it is a 10 minute walk to Mission Bay, and a 15 minutes bus and/or 5 minute train ride into the city. The property has a lovely outlook of Rangitoto Island, and a beautiful garden and north-facing deck area for BBQ’s and relaxing.

I work in music education on the SLT of a prominent music institute, and spent most of my life overseas, returning to New Zealand in August 2015. I am outgoing, love playing tennis, enjoy cooking and entertaining, and also attending concerts and performances across all art forms.
