Warm and friendly flat in Te Atatu South

The house is nice and big with more than enough room for everyone, cozy living space with all the essential appliances and add ons. Deck area perfect for BBQ’s in summer. The room is about 3x3.2 metres, with a wardrobe and a queen bed. It is ok to bring your own furniture if preferred.

The house is near Te Atatu Road, bus stop, Countdown, Unitec, Henderson mall and motorway.

Rent is $170 per week and expenses are $20 per week which covers unlimited internet, power, nexflix, water and things we all use like toilet paper and cleaning products etc. The Bond is 2 weeks.

We also have a furnished single room available for $140 + $20 expenses.
