Donovan Avenue

Room Available in Massey! Our wonderful flatmate is leaving to be closer to her work so my husband and I are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate/boarder to join our home in Massey, West Auckland. The house is fully furnished, however the room is not.

• The house was built last year and is very close to the motorway, Lincoln Road and Westgate shops.

• Bathroom pictured is pretty much yours as we have one in our room, however guests may occasionally use it.

• Good sized room with a built in wardrobe and a view of the Waitakere ranges.

-200/week inclusive of bills. We have a dog, Nala, Who spends 1/2 the week at home with us so looking for someone who is comfortable with dogs (pic included, she isn’t very scary!)

• Move in date is TBC, probably in about 3-4 weeks, our flatmate doesn’t have a confirmed move out date yet.

I am 25, have just left my teaching job and now I coordinate volunteers at a rest home/hospital and Greg is also 25 and is an engineer working in the city. We are pretty chill but enjoy a drink or two on the weekends and have friends over for dinners from time to time etc.
