A room with a wardrobe. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. It’s a tidy house nestled between an urban farm and a public park and is away from traffic. It’s Very quiet, there is lots of bird song, is North facing with lots of sunlight and a large deck. Close to the rototuna shops. Space for parking off the road. Couples welcome. Please note the Landlord dosent allow pets or smoking(even outside)

We are a German/kiwi couple in our mid to late 20s who have travelled the world for several years and recently returned to NZ. We are both working full time and have started apprenticeships in our respective fields. Lena works on an organic farm next to the house. Brad works for a landscaping firm.

We love gardening and are growing lots of food in the yard. Enjoy doing acrobatic yoga, staying active, going on adventures, hikes, biking, camping trips, playing boardgames. Organics are important to us too. Lena loves baking, drawing, crafts, making clothes, jewellery.. Etc Brad likes constructing things, foraging, history, debate, also has a sneaky jam on the xbox once in a while We are a bit hippy, we live somewhat simply and open windows instead of using ac and stuff like that. Looking for somewhat likeminded people but can also share spaces with anyone as long as you are considerate. We get along well with people but are also quite happy keeping to ourselves. If you are down for a chat sometimes that’s great, but if you just want to be left alone then that’s fine too.

We currently have 2 flatmates, one is a yoga/sports teacher from NZ/Aus and the other is a firefighter/paramedic from Finland who is currently studying at wintec. Both are super friendly and respectful👌 One of them is probably moving out sometime in october
