Modern spacious and fully furnished 5 bedroom home situated-Saint Andrews Road, Epsom, Auckland. Less than 2 minutes walk to bus stop with shelter. Main route for Auckland City bus. Less than 10 minutes drive to supermarkets, Mt Eden, Saint Lukes, Royal Oak, Three Kings, Newmarket, and Greenlane depending on traffic. Open plan Modern kitchen, Lounge and Dining, flows out to outdoor area. Home has warm, relaxed and spacious surroundings, kept clean and tidy. There are 2 and a half bathroom. If you like music, there is piano, guitar and ukulele too.

Modern shower, bathroom area incl. bath, toilet and dedicated drawer for each bedroom. Also extra toilet room almost adjacent bedroom. On street parking is available.

The room that will be available is a double bedroom, furnished with king single bed and base, bedside table, study/work desk with chair, bookcase and built in wardrobe.

Boarding cost: 1person $350 per week Couple $420 per week (bring your own bed). Fixed utility costs such as power, gas, water, also unlimited wifi, cleaning consumables, laundry powder and toilet tissue are already included. Move in cost 3 weeks bond, 1 week board in advance.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful, honest, tidy, and clean person who can pay board on time. No pets or smokers.
