Rent is $405 per week excluding bills. Perfect for a couple, singles are welcome too! Only shared with one other flatmate. She’s super chill and nice, studying full time and working. LGBTQI+ friendly!

Move in date is 4 November and the lease is until February with the option to extend for another year!

Double built in wardrobe in the room with plenty of other storage in the apartment. We currently fit 2 desks, 2 chests of drawers, bedside tables and other furniture comfortably. Super gutted to see this place go, have 2 years of awesome memories in this apartment!
