Have 2 fully furnished double bedrooms with large built in wardrobes for rent until July 2022(no option to renew) in a brand new 3 beds 2 bath house in Pegasus. I’m looking for 1 person to take both the rooms

The house comes fully furnished, has double glazing , 2 decks & offstreet parking .Rent is 250$ week including all bills.

Ideal flatmate would be tidy , respectful of the fact that the house is very new & pay rent on time. No couples/pets (cats negotiable)

NOT a party house. Move in cost is 1000$ (1 week rent & 3 weeks bond in advance)

Boarder form needs to be signed upon move in with rent set-up by automatic payment.

You’ll share the house with me . I’m 26 and I’m the landlord . I study real estate part-time & work full time . I’m looking for people that work full time also .
