Large villa with north facing section and vege gardens. Two rooms available, both large, one with a wardrobe. Living areas are all spacious and sunny with a fireplace in the lounge. Bedrooms are south facing. Seperate bathroom and toilet. Room is unfurnished but all furniture except bed is available. Short or long term is fine. $190 for an individual, $270 for a couple.
