The flat is a freestanding house on a dead-end street - we get no street noise and plenty of sunlight. We have a backyard with a small garden, a large deck and plenty of greenery.

Well connected location ideal for a student without a car - 5-10 minute walk to Sylvia park, 5 minute bus to Southern/Eastern line trains via Penrose/Panmure stations respectively, providing direct routes into the CBD and UOA/AUT city campus. If you do have a car, the house has off-street covered parking that we don’t use.

2 minute walk to Penrose shopping centre, including Countdown, Unichem pharmacy, Pizza hut, takeout etc

We are 3 19-20 year old UOA students:

• LGBTQ friendly
• clean/tidy (no dishes left in the sink etc)
• have regular flat movie/game nights
