We are currently looking for 1 flatmate to occupy the room available in this brand new 4.5 bedroom townhouse situated in Ranui, Auckland. Location: Ranui (Close to Lincoln Road) 🏡5 mins walking distance to the train station, bus stops nearby, close motorway access and a short stroll to the shops. (medical centres, supermarkets, restaurants). If you like shopping like I do, we are less than 10 mins drive to Westcity Mall and Northwest shopping centre. 🛍️

There’s currently 3 people living at the property and we are all in our 20’s - 30’s. We like our pizza night rituals every so often along with a drink in our hand and good banter! 😜 If you’re clean & tidy, can pay rent on time and respect everyone’s privacy, you might just be the one we are looking for! 🌟

𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Room: Room is unfurnished Rent: $220 includes water and unlimited fibre internet.

This room is spacious and can easily fit a double/queen bed and bedside table. There is a double wardrobe with a full length mirror. Bathroom will be shared with 1 other person.

Moving in cost: bond (3 weeks rent) + 1 week rent in advance, available immediately.

Power is split by everyone along with common shared expenses.

The house is furnished and equipped with a brand new dishwasher, Hi-tech hot plate cook-top & oven, fridge and microwave.

Off -street parking available. 🅿️ No Smokers, No pets.

A bit about myself: I’m friendly, love socializing and a chilled person. I love binge watching movies, TV shows, hiking, photography and have a sweet tooth. I’m clean & tidy and respect others privacy.

Second flattie: My flatmate loves cooking, interacting with people, beach days and a good BBQ. He is clean & tidy and really respects others privacy. Third flattie: My third flatmate plays outdoor sports in the weekends and likes interacting with people. He likes his own space but likes socialising every now and then.
