2x unfurnished double bedrooms upstairs with large wardrobes 2.5 bathrooms Fully furnished shared space e.g living area, kitchen On-site parking that fits 1 more car and ample street parking in a safe neighbourhood. Central heating system Heated floors Outdoor deck to enjoy some sunshine Each bedroom is $320 per week, power/water/internet bills will be shared. Bills will normally be around $20-25 per week. Bond is 3 weeks rent at $960 and one week rent in advance. Move in anytime after 26/11/21.

Ideal candidate: I am looking for someone with the qualities mentioned above and additionally will pay rent on time, is trustworthy and is a team player when it comes to house chores/schedules. Working professionals in their late 20’s or older would be ideal. This is definitely not a party flat but it would be great to organise some flat activities or meals if everyone is available! You would also need to love dogs as my mini schnauzer Tommy (she is a girl) would be staying with me during the weekends. She is a gentle sweetheart but may scratch on your door time to time for some attention or cuddles. Sorry no smokers.

I am the owner of this property so this will be a live-in landlord situation! I am a full time dentist working for Auckland DHB. I’m usually busy with work during the weekdays but always happy for a bit of social time in the evening or weekends! I am easy-going, very independent and tidy and would get along with flatmates with similar qualities
