WE HAVE WONDERFUL FULLY FURNISHED ROOMS AVAILABLE NOW!!!! These rooms are located at the International Lodge on 533 Mount Albert Road (located directly opposite the 3 Kings Plaza and Reserve).

Single Room - $250 Large Double Room - $300

All expenses such as power, water, internet, LPG Gas and cleaning of common areas such as bathrooms, kitchen, lounge are included in the weekly rent.

MOVE IN COSTS: 1 week bond + 2 week rent in advance.

These rooms are located at a very convenient location with amenities such as Countdown, Emergency Doctors Clinic, Mt. Roskill Library, multiple takeaways, childcare centres, shops, tennis courts, City Fitness Gym, and parks all located within 2 minutes walk.

Additionally, there is a bus stop located directly outside the property with buses departing to Auckland CBD, Britomart, Sylvia Park and Pt. Chev every 5-10 minutes during peak hours and every 15 minutes during off-peak. Easily accessible bus routes include 27H, 27W, 66, 520, 006.

Each room comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and a small bar fridge if required. Some rooms also have a built-in sink. A brand new set of linen + towels can be provided at an additional cost if required. This is yours to keep when you choose to move out.
