Current flatmate is moving out , so looking for a flatmate early December.
The room is a furnished with queen size bed and single wardrobe. You will also have own small fridge freezer and microwave and coffee machine in a separate area/room and also have own bathroom next the bedroom. There is a separate room which is made into a TV room for you to use, with a smart TV in so you will have own privacy to relax and watch TV. There is a shared Kitchen and Laundry. This is spacious 4 bedroom house split over to levels, so ideal for someone looking for privacy.

Single Person Rent is $300 weekly this includes bills (Electricity , Gas and unlimited Wifi), the bond is $600. Couple Rent is $450 weekly this includes Bills (Electricity Gas and unlimited Wifi), the bond is $900. The property is in Karori, close to Karori shops and 10 minutes drive or bus ride to CBD. There is a bus stop is 1 minutes walk from house. Street parking only. We also have a cat, So no Pets please. .NO Smokers please. PM or text me if interested renting the room.
