North facing one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. located 200 meters from the beach and 1 km from on the Harbour bridge and northern motorway on ramp. Best location in the area and close to all amenities. You will have the apartment all to yourself to enjoy the summer.
Parking off the road is available for one car
You will need to pay for electricity and unlimited WIFI which should amount to about $30 a week. Water and Netflix are included. 2 weeks bond+ a week rent in advance
Communal laundry with access code. contact me if you would like to see it. No pets or smokers.
About the roomies
I am going away so the apartment will be available for you to enjoy it completely.
