Southgate Road

We would love someone to join our warm family home, the room comes fully furnished. We have a closed in back yard with a deck that has a beautiful view of the south island. large living areas which are at the opposite end on the house from the bedroom so you wont have to deal with any household noise. We are open to the right pet as long as they get along with other animals and children. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and an office that we converted into an additional small bedroom, kitchen/dinning, lounge, laundry, 2x bathrooms with showers and toilets, 1x bathroom with just a bath and sink, 1x toilet and basin in the double garage. With gas water heating and so many bathrooms its almost un heard of for anyone to fight for the bathrooms. I will mention that I am currently pregnant and due in January but I’m very conscience of the fact I live with others and will do my best to try and keep baby noises and smells away from any flatmates :) We are open to so many walks of life so please feel free to message me and tell us a bit about yourself, I look forward to hearing form our next future flat mate! Bond is 2 weeks and we ask for a week in advance rent. Internet, gas and power is split between everyone each month.

Myself and my partner are in our early 30’s with our 3 year old daughter, my preteen step daughter stays with us every other weekend. I am currently pregnant and due in early January, we also have an adorable 9 month old staffy/huntaway/whippet dog named Geezer, he’s great with kids, dogs and has lived with a cat but is a total whimp with cats 🤣. We have currently also have a male flatmate who is in his 40s. Both males are smokers but only outside and are tidy about it.
