We have a single-person room available in Flat 6 on 19 Drummond Street, Mount Cook. The apartment is fully furnished, rooms come with a Desk, cupboard, bed and shelf. Flat has kitchen, bathroom and lounge shared with all 5 tenants. Shared complex laundry room.

Located next to Adelaide Road, it is close by to several useful locations, all within 5 mins walking distance, including: Countdown Newtown, Wellington Hospital, Multiple bus stops (all have multiple buses going through CBD), Massey University Wellington, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Local Fish and chips.

Rent is $195 a week, with a Renewal in late January. Bond is $760. Internet is $20 a month, power is between $40-$60 a month (varies between seasons).

Move in dates are ASAP for both rooms. Can organize viewings flexibly as I WFH during some days of the week.

Apartment is shared across 5 people total. The other three tenants are Full-time working males (aged early/mid-twenties). All three are friendly, nerdy, love movie nights, card games, video games and DnD!
