About the room
One room available in my three bedroom house in Totara Park. Rent is $250 including bills (not including firewood). Looking for someone who is in their 20s, love a laugh and are clean and tidy. Will consider couples - rent would be slightly more, $350 per week.
Close to the river, with a sunny, private back yard.
Note: room comes unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe. Can fit a queen bed and a set of drawers etc ☺️

Myself and Warwick. We are both mid twenties. We are friendly, pretty chill and enjoy a drink every so often. We both work full time Monday - Friday.
I have a 10 month old puppy so must be okay with dogs.
