Have a choice room available 1min walk across the road to the beautiful Long Beach. The house is in a very quite neighborhood. All you can hear is the birds and the ocean. 10min from Port chalmers 25min from dunedin central. Double bedroom with wardrobe, Nice warm fireplace, internet, garage and plenty of off-street parking, fully fenced.

I’m am 30yo man working full time share the house with my 18month old huntaway pup who is super friendly! Loves everybody. Love being outdoors and anything beachy. I do have band practice once a week. Usually Mondays other than that we are pretty chill and quiet. Happy to have another dog in the house if they get on with each other..
