About the room
We’re looking for a new flatmate in our spacious St heliers home, About the flat, it’s a big 4 bedroom place, with a big lounge and kitchen, and ample off-street parking, flexable garage space.
The room is large in size and would suit a single who like good space and a double wardrobe for extra storage, Room comes empty but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Sunny east facing warm and dry. Shared toilet and bathroom.
We are a 10 min walk to Glen Innes train station, 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. We are about a half an hour walk from Saint Heliers Bay, and there is a lovely horse track walk 10 mins from our flat.
The rooms is $250 including bills, including fibre internet modem in the room for best coverage in the house.
