Looking for a chill, tidy couple to take over this beautiful room in the Aro Valley.

You’ll have a bright, spacious double room with its own entrance, and be a ten-minute walk from the top of Cuba Street. Dairies, cafes, Arobake and Garage Project are all within a five-minute walk down the road. Despite this mint location, it’s still tucked away from the main street, so it’s nice and quiet at night. We’ve also got a beautiful outdoor area which makes for a great spot to lounge in the sun over summer with a book or a drink.

The room is $460 a week, which includes all bills plus a lovely cleaner who comes weekly and leaves the place spotless. The landlord is also super chill about fixing things and keeping the place running.

You will be living with a 21-year old post-graduate film student who is super relaxed.
