All super respectful flatmates. 4 Yo Pro’s - all in their early-mid 20s. Everything is kept clean and tidy, we tend to stick to our own, but everyone is really lovely. 2 boys/2 girls currently!
Room is on the 6th story. Off Boulcott Street with a super green, light view outside - doesn’t feel like you’re in the CBD at all! Room is warm, dry, and still feels new after being refurbished within the past two years.
Room can come furnished with a queen bed, if you wish!
A cleaner also comes every fortnight to do the bathroom - so no need for that job!
