Room with a view overlooking lovely large garden. Sunny all day, single bed in single room draws, mirror, hooks for clothes plus clothes rack, no wardrobe . Heated swimming pool, sunny all day. Bus stop 2 minutes walk . Glenfield Mall 2 minutes drive. 20 minutes to city. 10 minutes to Takapuna Beach. Everything included except laundry powder. Large 4 bedroom home ,no stairs. Parking on road very safe. Room can be unfurnished if required, Linen, towels, duvet supplied , no extra cost.
