We are looking for a flatmate to join us in this 1920s whare in leafy Three Kings/Epsom. It’s a sunny, warm and light space. Modern renovations, fresh decor, a private garden, lovely landlords too!

The available room is a medium sized room with a built-in wardrobe (good storage) and north & east facing windows including a stained glass window and classic wooden floors. It’s not huge, but it easily fits a Queen bed and has plenty of built in storage, as well as a lovely view to Maungakiekie.

A few notes on the house: Modern kitchen with gas hobs and a large fridge (with ice!) Large open plan lounge/dining room 2 decks (one with morning sun and the other with day/evening) Avocado tree in the backyard, with a good yield! Vegetable & edible flower garden (green thumbs encouraged!) Recently renovated bathroom with good water pressure and a bathtub Beautiful wooden floors Lovely classic details, eg. stained glass windows North facing french doors to a deck with shade sail Garage and second off-street park included, as well as plenty of free unrestricted diagonal parking across the road.

You will be living with two women in our late twenties and two friendly bunnies who come inside when supervised. We are two professionals, a game designer and reo teacher, and a volunteer coordinator. We are both fully vaccinated. If you speak or are learning te reo Maori you’ll have a hoa korero at home :) We like to live a pretty wholesome life, eating healthy, exercise and are always up for trips to the ocean and dinner parties. We would like to establish a roster for mostly plant based shared meals a few times a week, on a flexible but relatively consistent basis designed to suit us all - and we’re looking for someone who is keen to do this too.
