Florence's room

Our home is super sunny, quiet, and green with trees and a view over the hill!

It is close to Mornington Shops with takeaways, Countdown, hairdresser, icecream parlour etc. It is also pretty near to town (10 mins bike ride or 20-30 min walk).

The house is an older beautiful 1930ish home with a newer extension out the back. We have 2 lounges, connected by a kitchen and 1 bathroom + extra separate toilet.

There is a guest bedroom is available if your out of town friends/whanau to visit (we also have a part time boarder who stays in that room sometimes).

There is a heat pump and HRV system for heating (plus the sun on a nice day!) Floor & ceilings are insulated, and the room available spacious and get plenty of sun.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables.

Please note that the pics are from when the house was staged… Our furniture is not quite as nice looking, but is definitely functional!

No pets or smokers please. Plenty of onstreet parking.

$30 per week for bills (electricity, internet, toilet paper, rubbish disposal, communal cleaning products).

We are a flat of professionals who are sporty and love being outdoors. We try to be environmentally friendly and compost/recycle etc, some of us are vegetarian.

We enjoy hanging out as a flat and sharing food sometimes, but also enjoy having our own space and respect everyone needs their own space.

Food sharing arrangements can be discussed with potential future roomies. We have previously each cooked a vegetarian meal for the flat for one night per week.

We’re looking for a roomie who would like to be social at times, is clean and tidy, and considerate.
