I have a bedroom available in my rental home in Sydenham from 3 October 2026.

The house is a standalone 2-bedroom home with an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The room is a good size and has a great wardrobe. There’s also a small room off the back of the house which is used as the laundry/extra storage area.

One of the best things about the place is the great backyard — perfect for chilling out, enjoying the sunshine, having a few drinks or having a BBQ on those hot summer days. ☀️

I’m looking for someone who is working, reliable, clean and tidy, respectful and considerate, and who pays their rent and bills on time. I’d prefer a female flatmate.

I’m hoping to find someone who is easy to live with and wants a comfortable, relaxed and friendly home. I’m definitely happy to have a chat and socialise, have the occasional BBQ or drink, but there’s also no expectation that we have to be joined at the hip!

I’m a 42-year-old female and work full-time. I’m pretty chill and enjoy socialising, but I also appreciate having my own space. I like getting outdoors, going for walks, checking out markets on the weekends and heading along to gigs.
