Pigeon Mountain Road

There are 2 vacant rooms. Take your pick. My room is in an annex away from the others. So despite the living and kitchen areas being on the small side - there is a roomy feel to living here. The house is very very sunny and airy - since each of the north facing rooms has sliding doors. The area is safe - it is a main-ish road but only a 15 minute walk to ferry and cafes. The property is fenced and set back from the road. You could have off street parking (but not in a garage).

I am a woman in my late 50s. Single with one son (who recently went flatting). I have a professional life - I see clients here sometimes, others via Zoom and in my home out of Auckland. I have good friends and an extended family nearby. I’m a very balanced person (meditate daily) and have an arts background - love a good belly laugh and know how to keep myself active and engaged in life. Its just me as a flatmate (at this stage) and so its really about our being like minded with similar life stages - Im very flexible on all this, mostly I would like to think we would share a meal on occasion, take turns in turning the kettle on and perhaps watch a Netflix on occasion - otherwise, we would have our lives to lead and go about those with support of a live in flatmate.
