I have a spare room available at my apartment for 1 person, right in town in Mount Maunganui, walking distance to everything. Fully furnished inc queen bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, TV and all communal house whiteware, couch, dining table etc.
Car park in garage included, and you’ll have your own bathroom to yourself with a shower/bath.
Looking for someone working full time, clean and respectful of the house, and easy to get along with. Sharing with just me, a 28 year old chef working full time in town, tidy and social but respectful of privacy.
$360 per week, plus shared wifi and power bills.
