Hey lovely souls!
Room available in a gorgeous 2 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Mt Eden/Kingsland.
My current flattie is moving in with her beau so her room is now available from the 16th Feb.
The room is a good size and currently fits a queen sized bed, drawers and make up table and has a large wardrobe for storage
The house is three levels!
Ground floor is Garage, Studio/Spare Room, Garden/Courtyard (with actual veggies growing!)
Second floor is open plan Kitchen/Living room area and leads out to a balcony. We’ve got all the usuals -oven, dishwasher etc.
Top floor is both bedrooms and bathroom.
The house is beautiful and spacious and having all the outdoor space makes such a big difference!
Rent is $305 including ALL BILLS (power, water, unlimited internet) and flat necessities (toilet paper, cleaning products etc) . And an OFF STREET PARK 🙌🏽

About the roomies
Jamie- 36 yrs old, She/Her, super creative human. Social person who also loves her downtime, swimming, playing guitar and cooking.
Stellar - 18 weeks, Puppy/Doggo, cutest dog in the whole wide world. Extremely well behaved for a puppy, but still a puppy. Loves belly scratches, running in long grass and sleeping on mamas bed.
You - chill, easygoing human who loves dogs, is kind and creative.
