Colin's room

We have a room up for grabs in our beautiful 5-bed villa in Grey Lynn. The large and light-filled room will be ready to move into now. The room is on the ground floor - close to the family bathroom, which is shared between yourself and two others who also reside on the ground floor. The house itself is large and light filled (take a look for yourself!)- it doesn’t feel like four people live here as there’s so much space. We have a fortnightly cleaner, but all still contribute to household cleaning and chores such as emptying the dishwasher/bins.

Rent: $325/week Expenses: $30 Bond: $750 LGBTQIA+ friendly No pets. Move in date flexible.
