Looking for someone to join our flat. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in a gated complex in Birkdale. The unfurnished room is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom. There is also a communal swimming pool.

Rent is $210 per week excluding utility expenses, (approx $20 per week)

You would be living with 2 full time working professionals in their 20s. We are social and will often chat about our day, watch movies or play board games. Ideal flatmate would be someone who is clean, tidy and sociable.
