We have a large double bedroom (3.7 x 3.7m approx.) available in our Ponsonby villa. Located just off the Ponsonby Road end of Richmond Road, we’re only a few minutes walk from Ponsonby Central. The best of Ponsonby, Grey Lynn and K Road are all on our doorstep with Ponsonby Countdown, Grey Lynn park, Grey Lynn Countdown and Farro all only a short walk away.

The available room is at the front of the house and gets lots of morning light. Our besties who have been in the room for the last two years had it furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, desk, drawers and a standing wardrobe so there’s plenty of room.

The house has two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. We have a large kitchen with lots of bench space and all the must-have appliances. The dining room gets drenched in afternoon sun and overlooks a spacious backyard and soon-to-be veggie garden.

Ideally looking for someone of similar age who is fun, easygoing, tidy, social and able to have a good laugh. Happy to join the odd games or movie night and is respectful to the home and those in it.

Open to couples. Will charge a bit more.

Unfortunately we can’t have pets but neighbourhood cats and dogs regularly visit.
