Looking for someone to take over my big double room in the top half of a cosy old villa in Eden Terrace!
The flat is located only a stone’s throw from the CBD, prime location for university students or commuters. 5-10m walk to Ponsonby Road and K Road. Big deck around the back that looks over the western motorway - except you can’t see it cause it’s shrouded with bush (score). Deck is NW facing so plenty of evening sun. Veranda excellent for drying clothes outside during the winter. The house is well insulated and healthy homes compliant.
Room is huge, can fit a queen bed with heaps of extra space. Street facing with a big window. Massive wardrobe with storage up top too.
There is a flat underneath (3b) that share the backyard. All friendly and approachable so you won’t have any issues there.
