Victoria's room

This is a wonderful self contained apartment in a quirky house overlooking Careys Bay, Port Chalmers a 12 minute drive to Dunedin. The apartment occupies the ground floor. There are 2 double bedrooms a well equipped kitchen and a dining living room with amazing views. It is fully furnished. My parents live above it. The entrance is communal but they are in there 90s so don’t go out much now.

The rent is $100 per week in return for 15hrs per week assistance about 40 mins every morning assisting them get dressed assisting getting into shirts and doing up buttons and shoe laces plus some shopping and some meal preparation and washing up. Need someone reliable & dependable preferably mature with some care experience.
