Single person wanted to occupy a furnished house in Romford Rd, Papatoetoe. Reduced rent, in return for feeding 2 cats (food supplied ). The occupant will have use of the bedroom (single bed, beside stand & wardrobe ), and full use of the sitting room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom/toilet.
Cost: $150 per week (includes power, water, electricity, lawn mowing and WiFi). 4 weeks deposit ($600).
The owner of the home is in hospital for at least 3-4 months, so this would suit someone who wants to live alone. There would be the option to continue to live there after the owner returns home.

About the roomies
Owner of home is 49 year old man. Friendly and tolerant person who is currently in a residential hospital recovering from a stroke. When living at home, he has occasional health visitors to help with rehab, and home helpers for cleaning.
