Live in a almost brand new house, double storey, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located 5mins away from the hospital and Hamilton lake. The room available is a medium size room that gets the morning and evening sun. It fits my queen size bed as well as shelves and drawers nicely with extra room. The room has a double wardrobe with plenty of room to put your clothes in as well as anything else. The house is very warm and cozy. The house has a double garage with one available parking space, and the property has a backyard. No pets or couples.

I am a 19 year old student looking to join the police force at the end of this year but am currently working full time to get some money. Reason for moving is because me and my partner have found a place to live together. The flat has two other flatmates whom are both nurses, they are always down and keen to hang and have chats. They are really busy themselves so most the time you will barely see them.
