Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely 2 bedroom, recently built townhouse in Hamilton Lake. We’re in an amazing location just 10min walk into the CBD and Paknsave, 15min to the Waikato Hospital and just across the road from the Hamilton Lake! You’ll be living with a female in her late 20s, working professional and easy going so looking for someone like minded and similar age. The room gets plenty of light through surrounding windows, has a spacious wardrobe and you’ll have the main bathroom as the other room has an ensuite. You’ll also have sole access to the off road car park that comes with the unit.
