📣 Hello future fatties!

🏡 I will have two rooms available towards the end of March in a sweet lil pad on a quiet culdesac in Henderson, close to Palomino shops! Nice outdoor area for entertaining, spacious yet cosy, with a garage and off street parking👍🏻

Please note these photos were taken by the property manager and include the old tenants stuff. I will aim to update once I am moved in.

💰There is an upststairs master bedroom which comes with an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe! ($300 for a single person or $340 for a couple + expenses).

There is also two downstairs double bedrooms that will be sharing a bathroom ($200 + expenses…or less if a couple fills the upstairs). We also have have study which you can make use of if needed for a further $10 p/w.

I am happy to give you choice of rooms and I will take whatever is left over. Rent can be slightly negotiable if you are willing to pick up more of the chores ie. Maintain the lawns, rescue me from all the spiders etc. 🕷

I am looking for some cruisey but cool flatties to make this place the ultimate balance between chilled out and social. Hoping for people who are as exhausted as I am during the working week and respect each others space 😴 but also up for the an occasional wee get together, flat dinner and drinks 🍻 bush walk 🌲 and/or beach day 🏖 in the weekend! In other words…please be my friend aswell as my flatmate 😁

Must be comfortable living with a dog - a have a 5 year old mixed breed called Lunar 🐾 She is a bit of a nutter but super loveable. Regular chin and back scratches are non negotiable. At this stage I have not looking to add anymore pets to the flat…sorry 😔

I am 25 and work full time as a doggie daycare manager. I am fairly quiet during the working week but always up for socializing over the weekend. I am pretty chill, easy to get along with and tidy and respectful. I enjoy cooking/baking, getting outdoors and all things arty and crafty.
