About the room
One large room available for you to join us on Te Wharepouri St in Berhampore. Room will be unfurnished but can comfortably fit any size bed, a desk or couch, and has great storage!
The house is warm and dry all seasons, as it is insulated with double glazing, and we keep it clean and tidy. We are in a great location close to Newtown, Island Bay and all the bus stops.
Room will be available from Monday 13th June. Get in touch with a little about yourself, and a time that you could make it for a viewing :)
About the roomies
You would be living with two existing flatmates.
Mari, self employed architect, likes art and doing craft projects and community work, and spending time with family and friends.
Caleb, sales rep for a conservation company, often away on work trips but enjoys a good yarn when he’s around.
You must be: queer friendly and supportive of difference, responsible and independent. We enjoy our down time while we’re at home, and are not a party flat.
